These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "the Player", "you") and bilacuci2 ("bilacuci2", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bilacuci2.cam and any associated subdomains or mobile-optimised versions thereof.

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, placing a wager, claiming a bonus, or otherwise using any service offered by bilacuci2, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally accepted these Terms in their entirety. To register an Account and use the services of bilacuci2, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. bilacuci2 enforces a strict minimum age of 21 for all account holders. This applies regardless of the legal gambling age in your country of residence. We do not permit persons under the age of 21 to register, access or use the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be a natural person registering for your own personal use. Corporate entities, trusts, and automated bots or scripts may not register accounts.

• You must register using accurate and truthful information. Providing false personal details, including a false date of birth, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any funds held therein.
• You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. Duplicate or multiple accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.

Upon registration, you will be required to provide at minimum: a valid email address, a chosen username and password, your full legal name, date of birth, and country of residence. bilacuci2 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify the accuracy of the information provided.

As a registered User of bilacuci2, you accept sole responsibility for all activity conducted through your Account. This responsibility encompasses, without limitation, the following:

• You must maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party.
• You are responsible for all bets, deposits, withdrawals, and actions taken from your Account, whether or not you personally authorised them, unless you have notified us of unauthorised access immediately upon becoming aware of it.
• You must ensure that your contact information remains accurate and up to date, including your registered email address. bilacuci2 communicates important account and compliance notifications via your registered email.
• You must not share, transfer, or sell access to your Account to any other person. Accounts are strictly non-transferable.
• You must not use your Account for any purpose other than lawful personal entertainment on the Platform.

bilacuci2 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account without prior notice where we have reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or use of the Platform in a manner inconsistent with applicable laws or our operating policies.

bilacuci2 supports a range of deposit and withdrawal methods designed for the convenience of Malaysian players. Accepted methods include, but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and USDT TRC20. Supported methods are subject to change and the current list is always available within the Platform's cashier section.

• Minimum deposit: RM 30 for most e-wallets; RM 50 for bank transfers via FPX or DuitNow; USDT 20 for cryptocurrency.
• Currency: Player accounts may be denominated in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
• Processing times: E-wallet deposits are typically instant. Bank transfers may take 5–10 minutes. Cryptocurrency deposits require network confirmations and may take 15–30 minutes.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Before any withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification. The name on your bilacuci2 account must exactly match the name on your payment method and identity documents.
• Withdrawal processing: bilacuci2 aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly. Processing times vary by method and are subject to our security review procedures. We do not guarantee specific processing timelines for all cases.
• Fees: bilacuci2 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank, e-wallet provider, or blockchain network may impose their own transaction charges, for which bilacuci2 bears no responsibility.

bilacuci2 offers various promotional incentives to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, free spins, and loyalty programme benefits. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. bilacuci2 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion and to withdraw any bonus offer from any player at any time.
• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived funds or winnings may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements range from 20x to 35x the bonus amount. The specific requirement for each promotion is stated clearly on the relevant promotional page.
• bilacuci2 operates a strict one-bonus-per-household policy. Only one account per household, IP address, device, or payment method may claim any single promotion. Attempts to circumvent this policy via the creation of multiple accounts will result in account closure and forfeiture of all bonuses and winnings.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated for each promotion. Unused bonus funds expire upon conclusion of the stated validity period.

• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, including exploitation of system errors, collusion, or manipulation of bonus terms, will be voided. Associated winnings and deposited funds may be withheld pending investigation.

The following general rules govern all betting and gaming activity on the bilacuci2 Platform. Specific game types — including sports betting, live casino, slots, poker, lottery, and bingo — are additionally governed by their respective product-specific rules available within each game or product section.

• All bets and wagers are final once confirmed. bilacuci2 will not reverse or void confirmed bets except in cases of manifest error, system failure attributable to bilacuci2, or where the relevant rules of the specific game or sport require a bet to be settled differently.
• bilacuci2 sports betting markets cover a wide range of events, including EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, La Liga, UEFA Champions League, UFC, badminton and esports. Odds and markets are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation.
• In the event of a manifest pricing error — for example, where odds are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — bilacuci2 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players concerned.
• All casino games use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The games are provided by third-party software providers and are subject to those providers' own fair-play certifications and audit processes.
• Maximum win limits per game or per event may apply. Where such limits exist, they are stated within the relevant game interface or promotional terms. bilacuci2 is not obligated to pay winnings in excess of the stated maximum for any single game round or betting event.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bilacuci2 Platform. Any breach of this section may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your Account, forfeiture of account balances, and where applicable, referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account on the Platform, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other point of interaction with the Platform.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, financial crime, or any other unlawful activity.
• Employing any automated software, bot, script, spider, or other automated means to access, interact with, or manipulate the Platform.
• Exploiting bugs, software errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage, and failing to immediately report such issues to our support team.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff to manipulate game outcomes or betting results.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting or systematic exploitation of bonus offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational play, as determined by bilacuci2 at its sole discretion.
• Attempting to access accounts belonging to other users, or interfering with the Platform's security measures or infrastructure.
• Using the Platform in a manner that would constitute a breach of any applicable law or regulation.

All content published on the bilacuci2 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, interface design, software, game assets, trademarks, and audiovisual materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of bilacuci2 or its licensors. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, translate, adapt, or create derivative works based on Platform content.
• Use any bilacuci2 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner not expressly authorised in writing.
• Frame, mirror, or scrape any part of the Platform without written consent.

Unauthorised use of bilacuci2's intellectual property may give rise to a claim for damages or constitute a criminal offence under applicable laws.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bilacuci2 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your own gambling decisions or outcomes.
• Platform downtime, technical interruptions, or service unavailability, whether planned or unplanned.
• Delayed, failed, or incorrectly executed transactions attributable to third-party payment processors.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security over your login credentials.
• Losses arising from events outside bilacuci2's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, regulatory changes, or third-party service failures.

bilacuci2's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bilacuci2 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling is intended for entertainment only and should never be used as a means of generating income or resolving financial difficulties. The Platform is strictly for players aged 21 years and above.

bilacuci2 provides the following responsible gambling tools, available through your Account settings at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit to your Account.
• Wagering Limits: Restrict the total amount you can wager within a defined period.
• Session Time Reminders: Set alerts to notify you of the duration of your active gaming session.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or indefinitely. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

bilacuci2 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following provisions:

• Material changes to these Terms will be notified to registered Users via email to the address on file, or via a prominent notice displayed on the Platform upon login.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
• Continued use of the Platform following the posting of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure.
• bilacuci2 will not apply retroactively punitive amendments to existing open bets or confirmed bonuses. Changes take effect from the stated effective date going forward.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them, or their subject matter or formation — including any dispute concerning their existence, validity, or termination — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bilacuci2 holds its gaming licence.

In the event of a dispute, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter directly with bilacuci2 by submitting a written complaint to our customer support team. bilacuci2 will acknowledge all formal complaints within five (5) business days and will endeavour to resolve complaints within thirty (30) days of receipt.

Where a complaint cannot be resolved between the parties through internal procedures, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration or to the dispute resolution mechanism available under bilacuci2's applicable gaming licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body will be made available upon request.

Nothing in this section limits your statutory rights as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
